My name is Jerry Wade and I am the founder and was the creative force behind The Villa on Meridian. As a young boy growing up in Indy, my mother would take me downtown to the Monument Circle to look at it all lit up. I went to school #70, high school in New Castle, Ball State for college, then moved to Minneapolis. I love Butler basketball and Indy 500.
When I first visited and saw the spectacular view of Monument Circle from my childhood, destiny unfolded. I am only the fourth owner since 1850. This historic property offered travelers a great time in Indy in an expansive setting, yet still granted the amazing opportunity of being close to everything. |
